Energy Alton is a volunteer-led community group taking practical action to help people in Alton and nearby villages reduce their energy use. We offer free advice, services, and projects that make a real difference.
We’re always looking for new volunteers—just a few hours a month can help. No experience needed, just an interest in home energy. Training and support provided.
You could:
- Carry out home energy surveys and offer advice
- Use thermal imaging to spot heat loss
- Support local events and projects
- Share your own energy-saving experiences as a Green Home Champion
