In 2024, Energy Alton partnered with Community Energy Pathways and Energize South Downs on an exciting new renewable energy proposal — the Caker Stream Solar Farm, located between Farringdon and Selborne.

💡 The proposed 44MW Solar Farm and Battery Energy Storage System would power 15,000 homes with clean, green energy for the next 35 years!

The project is now under review by East Hampshire District Council, with a decision expected later this year.
